"Parking was fine, bathroom was clean BUT THE LINENS ARE NEVER CLEAN. I have stayed twice for work purposes and both times i either had to have the linens changed or change them myself."

"I have been trying get a folio (receipt) since Feb 25, 2025 and refund last 2 nights. havent had any luck thru ecpedia or Wyndham. am about to escalate to a charge back on credit card and notify Mississippi Department of Revenue and Attorney General if no results from my email i sent today"

"The room was offered without a key. When we requested a room with a working key, we were upgraded to a room with dirty linens, a non-functional TV and unprofessional staff. We reserved for 3-nights, but left after 1 horrific night. We will never stay at Ecolodge again."

"After changing rooms because used wash cloths were in the bath, we found the next room with problems. I reported:” Sink cracked Shower shelves not clean No bath towels No body soap ( lotion, conditioner, shampoo ) 3 decaf coffee K cups, no regular Loud bath fan, no separate switch” Staff provided towels. Bed was clean; room comfortable. Manager said the place was to be renovated in June. No refund possible because we booked through Expedia. I wonder if Expedia will do something?"

"I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. When I arrived to check in, there was no one at the front desk. After ringing the bell, calling out, and knocking on the window, I waited about 10 minutes before someone finally came out. The staff member who assisted me was not very professional. Once I got to my room, which was supposed to be non-smoking, it smelled strongly of smoke. The room also did not appear to be properly cleaned. The sheets and covers had visible stains, and one of the covers even had a burn hole in it. If you are just looking for a quick, no-frills place to stay, it may be fine. However, basic cleanliness and customer service should be improved."
