We enjoyed the lovely outdoors lounge area preparing for our day at the”Universal City Walk,” which was conveniently, located minutes by hotel shuttle. The room with the very comfy bed was well appointed and clean. One evening, we stayed out a little too late attending a concert at the Hollywood Bowl. We had developed a bit of an appetite, so we inquired with the front desk guest attendant about options. Sam was quick to help us out, he really went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and did so with a GREAT attitude and a smile. Thank you so very much Sam.
