Staff was super rude as a frequent traveler we abide by all rules and signs posted when there is no rules or signs posted you treat your guest like trash for not knowing the rules that you never explained in any way.. worst vacation EVER . STAY ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!

No hot fresh breakfast as described. Fan in room made loud noise and wiggled like it was going to come off the celing so we didnt use it. Lotion broken off the wall in the bathroom. Staff was rude when asked about getting a box of klenex.
