"The property has been really nicely changed over to a Hilton property. Breakfast was really nice. Clean and plenty of things to choose from. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here. The only exception was the lady working at the front desk. She was unnecessarily unpleasant. Very short answers no eye contact not helpful. She was in fairness there all day till evening nevertheless in the position of front desk greeting folks etc you have to at least try. Other than that my stay was good. Location is also very good."

"I wish I stayed another day if I had the time I would have. I had a small corner room. It’s kind of tiny, but it was fine. The shower was probably the best part and the bed was very comfortable. No complaints. everything was great. I wasn’t unable to use the amenities because of my schedule and I was there for a business trip but dinner was superb. The cocktails were perfect. My meal was perfect. honestly I would definitely fly back there just to eat at the restaurant."

"My room was gorgeous and perfect for the work day I had planned. The service was not what you would expect at a 4 diamond/4 star hotel. I was given the Hotels $20 meal credit and told I could use it on room service. Called room service multiple times and just kept getting busy signals. Called the Front Desk and also just kept getting busy signals. Finally called the resort from my cell phone and someone picked up. I was told that the only restaurant serving room service closed early that evening. No guidance or help, just that information. After inquiring I learned that the only food available was at a restaurant at the other end of the resort. I could not find the phone number for this restaurant anywhere; needed to call back and have the front desk person connect me. Ordered, made the long walk there and back, and discovered in my room that they had not given me what I had ordered. There was no way I was going to walk all the way back to fix it. The next day morning just before 9am there was a fire drill for the hotel staff - was thankful that I had not planned to sleep in. I was able to use the meal credit for breakfast, though they had run out of the item I wanted. Anyway, the room was gorgeous and perfect, which was what mattered most to me."

"The hotel looks nothing like the pictures. I felt so unsafe here I got there and immediately left, was told they would approve a refund because I was led astray, and just got denied the refund because Expedia couldn’t get ahold of anyone to approve it for days. I’m out of 150 bucks for this disgusting place."
