Friendly, helpful staff with clean rooms. It was very quiet when we stayed, no noise issues. Good selection at breakfast. Easy to get to central London but a bit far for young kids with jet lag.

Unfortunately, the room size was a bit too small for 2 people, but everything else was excellent. The SPA and breakfast was great, all rooms were clean and well maintained.
