Lime Tree Bay Resort

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I brought my wife Isabel to Lime Tree Bay Resort for a surprise birthday getaway, and the experience has been absolutely amazing from the moment we arrived. The team went above and beyond by surprising her with balloons and beautiful birthday decorations in the room, along with a key lime pie that said “Happy Birthday.” That personal touch meant so much to us and made the stay feel extra special. The resort itself is beautiful. The service has been great, the pool and beach area were perfect, and our room was spectacular. We stayed on the third floor with an ocean view, and it was truly superb. I’m very grateful to the staff for helping make my wife’s birthday so memorable. Lime Tree Bay Resort gave us exactly what we were hoping for: a relaxing, beautiful, and special getaway. Highly recommend."

"Receptionist was very welcoming. The hotel was very clean throughout despite there was a major refurbishment ongoing which is needed. The AC system whilst working well is noisy and does need replacing. However we did appreciate the covering letter which explained all the works ongoing. All areas of the hotel were very clean. The breakfast buffet was well stocked, catering for all tastes and had sufficient quantities for all guests. There is a small shop which stocks a variety of drinks and foods. Very happy overall with our stay."

"My heart yearns to go back..the oasis of beauty they've created was pure perfection..rooms were great..staff was better..resia is so nice and helpful.. she moved mountains to get me into a room that worked for me and my son..mom helped me with food options cuz I didn't know where to go.. she hooked me up with the best chezcake spot..ysll thank you..is. the paddle boards was so funnnn"

"We stayed in the deluxe suite which has a queen size bed downstairs along with the kitchen and a beautiful balcony overlooking the canal with a king size bed upstairs and two bathrooms. Everything was literally perfect. I highly recommend this place and highly recommend the deluxe suite. Great location in Key Largo as well and excellent rates."

Drop Anchor

"Drop Anchor has been around forever and the floors and couch must be original. I can say I have never sat on a more uncomfortable couch and the pull out bed was utterly useless as it felt like it was a prison camp mattress. That being said, the staff was so exceptional and the room was clean, cool, and uniquely they can sleep more than 4 people. If they would just burn or throw away the couch that has been overused since what seems like the late 1970's this would have been a 5 star stay. Don't need the couch? Don't mind floors that almost cave in under your feet? 5 stars. Spending even 10 minutes on that couch however takes away the comfort. Again, a super-friendly staff and welcoming environment make us want to come back. We likely will - Just praying they replace the antique couch so that the kids can actually sleep. They're light and the springs still poked them pretty bad. Pool was great, fishing off the back seawall is possible too."
