"The hotel was reasonably priced and while a little dated, the rooms were large and clean. The staff was SUPER nice. All in all, a great place to stay a couple nights in the keys at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend!"

"Honestly, we started with a pretty bad experience with some issues pertaining to our room. However, we mentioned it to Natalia at the concierge and she was SUPER accommodating! Needless to say that the issues were resolved immediately. Definitely recommend Cheeca Lodge & Spa to anyone looking for a relaxing get-away. "
"Two night stay . Advertised paddle boards and kayaks but although front desk employee was nice she didn’t get up or go out of her way to offer much additional info on anything. Never saw the kayaks or paddle boards and wasn’t an actual beach right there so no clue where you go to do that. Heard another customer say they were told one kayak was broke? Also had to put key in the wall to power certain thinks which is fine and we figured it out but would’ve taken less time if she explained that. She was very nice at checking though. "

"We had a fantastic time here! The room was spotless- clean bed, fresh towels, and a great shower. Room service breakfast was delicious. The resort has everything you need, so no need to leave. We loved all the onsite restaurants, and the tiki bar was a total vibe. Big shoutout to our favorite bartender, Ivan! Can’t wait to go back! "
