"The hotel is a beautiful old building that has been very well set up. The room was clean, spacious & well appointed, with great snacks and beverages provided. The bed was very comfortable and despite being on the road side it was quiet. I arrived after dark and would suggest that some more lights on the signage for the access path from the back car park to reception would be helpful, as well as mentioning to guests that there are steps involved in that access. I have a bad knee and that was a bit of an unwelcome surprise."

"Great location, comfortable and spacious rooms. Would recommend. Had issues with prepaid parking which took quite a bit of our time to convince staff that we already had paid. Had to present my bank statement to prove I had already been charged and email. On checkout, had to go through the whole process again with different staff to prove that that parking fee had already been deducted from my bank account an after previous staff had advised it was sorted. Do not book parking and pay for parking online. Contact property, and pay on arrival at the property,"

"Overall great stay. It sure how many of their stays are two nights like us, but having handy the top things to do in town and in the area would be great. Better yet, offer to send it in advance. The other thing I would say is that there needs to be more hooks on the walls so two people can each hang a towel, toiletries bag plus clothes you plan to put on after a shower. This is consistently an observation for all accommodations."

"I stayed for seven nights at the Launceston Central Apartment Hotel, which is close to the shopping area and convenient for public transport. Communication with the staff was excellent and both check in and check out went smoothly. The accommodation offered a clean room, a spacious bathroom, a kitchenette, and a laundry facilities. The room temperature worked fine for me, so I did not use air conditioning. I did not drive, so I did not use the car park."
