"I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The property and guest rooms felt very old, worn, and in need of renovation. The two beds in our room were extremely small, comparable to twin-size beds, which resulted in my husband having to sleep on the couch so that our family would have enough space, while our 15-year-old son used the second bed. The furniture throughout the room was scratched, damaged, and appeared overdue for repair or replacement. Additionally, the common areas of the hotel showed significant wear, including damaged walls and peeling paint, which did not meet my expectations for an Embassy Suites property. On a positive note, the housekeeping staff was very friendly and accommodating, promptly providing extra towels and assisting with our needs during our stay. Unfortunately, our experience with security was quite the opposite. We found the security staff to be rude and unprofessional when addressing guests regarding outside food in the patio area, despite the fact that we had also purchased food and drinks from the hotel bar. Overall, the condition of the property and the level of customer service from certain staff members did not meet the standards I expected. While I appreciated the kindness of the housekeeping team, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again."
