"Surprised by the quality of the room and had a comfortable night's sleep. Air con was working well, TV was good, bathroom with a bath was bright and modern. Food and drinks are on the expensive side. Staff did a good job of welcoming us. Be warned, it does say on the listing, rooms on the 1st floor do not have lift access, so if you struggle with stairs worth making a deliberate accessibility request. We made this booking at the last minute, room was ready and in grand condition, with beds and sofabed made up fresh in no time at all."

"Good stay, very generous sized room. Staff really helpful, hotel is definitely in need of some TLC which it looks like they are trying to complete. Overall though, I would recommend the hotel as somewhere to stay for the cost involved."

"A brilliant stay in a very friendly hotel. There was a fan in the room for the hot weather and the rooms and bathroom were spotless. The breakfasts were brilliant. We used the Spa and the treatments were really good. The general spa area was very relaxing and again spotless. We would strongly recommend this hotel for a short break."
