"Very kind staff, but the quality of this hotel is deteriorating quickly. The phone and TV in our room was atleast 20 years old, and the hallways leading to the room were very gross with vomit and spilled drinks on the walkways. What a shame as this used to be a great hotel. "

"Really good breakfast! It changed every day and the coffee was good. Have fresh lemon cucumber, water every afternoon and soft bake cookies in the lobby. The staff was very, very friendly accommodating. Rooms were spacious and clean. Starbucks and bookstores food court a mall and a movie theatre right across the street. "

"Nice hotel. Pool area and water was very clean and granddaughter enjoyed the slide. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was typical but lacked hot foods. They do have a small gluten free selection which was nice. Found the beds a little rough but the room overall was big and clean. Would stay there again. Better than the hotel across the street (travellodge). "

"Stayed in the jacuzzi suite & didn’t work, we spent the money on it & didn’t even get to use it. Thin walls and gap under the door, could hear above us and in the halls all hours of the night. The room is outdated and needs work; Walls pealing, cracked and damaged. The room was slightly better than a dingy motel. Friendly front desk staff but Will not be staying again nor recommend. "
