You get what you pay for.

The pics didnt represent what my room looked like. This place needs serious renovations. I had maintenance come look at the floor. There was water in the floorboards. the ac worked great but it leaked-a lot. The pool was nice. And the staff was very nice.

First room we checked into was basically flooded, had to switch rooms. Had a smell in theb other room, stiff beds, no drink or snack machines, dirty towels in the room, couldn't get extra towels or sheets. There was a lot of shady people hanging out outside and was loud at night. Would not stay here again.

Garbage was left from previous tenant. Coffee maker and coffee but no cups. Stove and MW but no dishes or utensils. Just blinds on window, questionable privacy. Otherwise, the room was fine.

The property was not what was reflected online. Dead roaches, broken cabinets, very stained mattresses, even though the sheets appeared clean we could not sleep on the bed without our own blankets or towels covering them. Shower appeared clean but wore flip flops. Just wanted to sleep enough to fish but wouldn’t stay again.

I knew this was not a 5 star hotel when I booked it, but I just needed a decent place to sleep. When I walked in, it smelt like musty cigarette smoke, even though it was a non- smoking room. The place was dirty. Dirty was under the bed. I had to scoot from the bathroom on a towel so my feet did get dirty all over again. Drawers were broken. It was like i got the last reject room. I only ended up staying 1 night instead of the 2. Kids were outside screaming until like 11:00. It was just terrible.

Reception staff super helpful and friendly. Hotel pretty typical of “lower end, extended stay” place . Always a few sketchy-looking folks around, but room was clean and did the trick for a place to stay to hit the beautiful beaches nearby .

Absolute worst hotel ever.

This was the dirtiest, worst smelling, piss poorly run hotel ive ever been in. The first room they gave us smelled as if they had just bug bombed the room. It was missing cabinet doors, the floor was filthy, every step was like walking on sand cover tile. The second room was just as bad and had the trim hanging off the countertop. It also smelled like it had been bug bombed. Went down to the lobby to get my money refunded, was met by the so called mgr. She stated that they have been dealing with bad cleaning, maintenance staff. Nothing like pointing the finger at someone else. Theu should have inspected the rooms after the so called cleaners actually did there job. 100% would not recommend staying

Room had a terrible smell, the room also had roaches, microwave was dirty, we also pulled the sheets back to look at the mattress and it was super dirty, stained, and had brown spots. It wasn’t just a specific part of the mattress, it was the entire thing. Room 139.

My room was damaged by the previous guests and I was given two singles for the same price - but the rooms were not ready by 3 - it was after 4 - - but the staff was nice and made every effort to improve our stay
