I was offered no refund for failure to provide and essential service. I was offered points but we do not use this program, we paid in full, not points. "

"Overlook was closed, terrace was closed, bar was closed. Was promised a credit from the hotel supervisor and they have not given one and refused to give me anything in writing stating they would have to contact Expedia to process the credit and Expedia would send me a receipt. They lied. Wahlburgers however ten out of ten. The general manager tried to credit us for part of our room, but we have no credit from the hotel as of yet even though she paid them in front of us in the lobby. She also gave us complimentary breakfast for my son’s birthday before our departure this morning."

Sleepy security. TV didn't work. 5 bucks for a small bottle of water. Chip on shoulder front desk...and on and on shame because Sharon is a good brand"
