"Technically there's nothing WRONG with the property...reasonably clean, etc. but, because it's Fredericksburg, the price of the rooms is hard to take considering they're Motel 6 quality. "

"The room was as large as a suite. Very nice bathroom and we loved the pocket doors, where you could close off the bedroom. The location is also great. It is only 1 1/2 blocks from everything, including Nimitz Museum. And the free breakfast was much better than Quality Inn."
