"I had high hopes for a welcoming and hospitable experience at this resort, but unfortunately, the staff seemed more preoccupied with cleaning than with being friendly and approachable. The food was decent, but I would appreciate more variety. The drinks were also lacking in quality. Perhaps there are unhappy employees, as the customer service could definitely use improvement.
