"This was a last minute booking- so was nice that I got a room they were booked almost completely up. the pool was very nice. Breakfast was above what is now the standard as far as selection and breakfast area was very quaint. the innkeeper was great and personable- "

"Had booked a brookside room but when checked in I was put in a beautiful barnside room with fireplace, big bathroom etc come to find out that all the brookside rooms were closed due to code violations! our room was beautiful (barn side) but we had no control of the heat which was only thru a wall fireplace and space heater - dangerous! Outlets had extension cords and lights near a canopy bed that screamed fire hazard, water was iffy and pressure came on and off. Toilet didn’t always flush....
