"My kids were in the indoor pool and a another guest told us no one should go in there due to a bathroom accident. There were no signs, but hotel management was notified.
When an employee appeared we asked about this and employee confirmed this was the case and no one should swim. When we asked about a sign, or any physical notification, the employee said there's no way of notifying guests, which was shocking to us.
On our way out, we clearly saw other guests head to the indoor pool unaware it was unsafe to swim. Gross!
