"Hot tub clean n hot"

"We intentionally booked here for my granddaughter’s spring break. She brought a friend and wanted to swim. When we arrived to pool was closed & not functioning. We had to spend $130 to go to a nearby water park. Not happy !"

"My kids and I enjoying the space of the room we stayed in. Very clean. The beds are amazing to sleep in. The pull out couch on the other is alittle wore down, my 5 year old didnt mind it to much though. The pool is decent, nice enough to swim around for awhile. Hot tub is well very hot, so caution with it. Still enjoyable if you need to relax. Breakfast is ok, they bring it to your room. You have 6 choices to choose from. Luckily my kids are not picky. "

"This Hotel was extremely clean and the staff very friendly and courteous. They even had breakfast with our stay including scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, fruit, pancakes and waffle maker, plus more. The reason I didn't give 5 stars was, when we arrived I was told the king room with a couch and bay view that we'd reserved and paid for, wasn’t available because the previous person extended their stay. So they gave me a two queen room with a view instead. The room was nice, but not what I'd reserved and I was wondering why the other person's needs were more important than ours. The other thing that wasn’t great was the TV only had 16 channels. PBS, news, MeTV, a couple Spanish, and at least one religious station. Thankfully we had our tablets and were able to see something else but on a 7-inch screen. "

"We came with grandkids over spring break. The pool was enjoyed by all. The facilities were clean, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very good, with a waffle maker, and a large assortment of other foods as well. "

"The Grand Traverse Resort and Spa was amazing....massage was A-One, baby you better get you one, it's that Deal. Hospitality was great......Thank you staff, you guys did your thing. We were in the tower our room were nice, view was.amazing. we'll.be back. Only thing need more dinning selections and a better brew of coffee in rooms and resort. "
