"Nice hotel for the price. Best part is that it is very close to the galleria mall. Walking distance is about 5-10 mins. The hot water gets very hot which is a good thing. The toilet had a very slow and weak flush. The pillows were very deflated and flat. Really close to the conservatory which is a nice place to chill and grab a bite to eat from a variety of food restaurants, definitely check that out, and the galleria mall. Really good bang for your buck. But If you are looking for a more luxury stay pay a bite more and check nearby."

"We recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately were disappointed with our experience. The main reason we booked this hotel was because it offered a one-bedroom suite with two beds in the bedroom. However, when we arrived, we were given two separate rooms instead. The staff told us, “The room you booked is not available and in general hotel promised you two beds, here are your two beds.” But if we needed two separate rooms, we would have booked two rooms from the beginning. The separate bedroom layout was specifically why we chose this hotel over others. The breakfast was also disappointing. It was similar to the standard hotel breakfast offered everywhere else, but something about it just did not seem right and we did not enjoy it."

"The rooms are spacious and it has a full size fridge, microwave, stove. The carpet looks old and dirty. The bathroom was nice but it had mildew. You can tell that they don’t deep clean the corners in the shower etc. I wouldn’t stay there as there are cleaner hotels for same money. The parking was $25 extra a night. The key to my room did not work. I had to go back to the front desk and it took 30 extra minutes to get it fixed because only one person was working and she stepped away so 6 people were waiting for her."

"The front desk was exceptionally helpful. I left a check in my room today. I called the front desk to see f someone had turned it in. The front desk gentleman was nice enough to go to my room to see if I had left it in the room. Then I received a message, letting me know that it was found. What a relief! The staff went over and beyond to solve what could’ve been a major issue. Thank you!!! Please commend them for their initiative. 🙏"
