"Pleasantly surprised since I read some not so nice comments on this property. The area is beautiful, and our room was quite nice. The room was already cooled, and it smelled nice when we walked in. It was clean, and just the right size. Loved the walkable distance to dining and store. All around this property is beautiful and deer sightings daily. The buses are great that take you around the area. We had a terrific time! We will definitely book this property on our next visit! "

"It was a great place to stay, beautiful, quiet and allowed dogs. We had to leave a night early due to the fact that my husband was having trouble breathing in the altitude, but they would not refund the money we paid for that extra night, and that was my only complaint. "

"Stopped overnight prior to heading to the Grand Canyon. Enjoyed Williams and this hotel is very centrally located. Very good art gallery next door. Wonderful dining within one block. Would stay here again. Very comfortable and the room was large. "
