Das ist als ständige Ausrede einfach nicht akzeptabel. Sie sind ein Ibis-Hotel und man erwartet die entsprechende Ibis-Grundqualität, die ich aus anderen Häusern (z.B. in Berlin) kenne und schätze. Zwei Sterne rechtfertigen nicht diese fehlende Hilfsbereitschaft. Leider...
