Beautiful property. You are able to feed the turtles, there is a pool to enjoy. Good nightly entertainment. The bar and restuarant are quite pricey, but then again, so is the whole island. I would suggest upgrading to a deluxe room instead of the standard, as standart is quite standard, the little extra is worth the money.

Acoya resort looks very well maintained, big diversity of plants, trees and flowers, great atmosphere. Nice swimming pool, lots of space to sit around it, big pond with birds. Breakfast was with everything you could wish for, all fresh and on the right temperature. Tables are inside and outside. The room was perfect, very clean, fresh towels every day, quiet during the night. Had dinner with friends in the restaurant, ordered different dishes all very well prepared and tasty. Service was also very good. Life music in the evening. All staff members are very friendly. Acoya also provides several free shuttles to the beach and center of the city. All together a very pleasant stay, which I can surely recommend. Rob Hulsbergen, Bonaire.

Room very neglected as well as rest of resort. Stained light fixture in living area, kitchen faucet loose and no filter, bathroom towel rack broken, shower too small and water went on main floor, very poor lighting in bathroom. Constant music being played at bar and pool area very annoying as well as live enter at night from 7 pm-11pm. Our room was directly above the bar and restaurant so no escaping it. Sunday pool parties worse from 1-5 pm DJ and huge speakers blasting away even though only a handful of people there. We were forced to leave the premises. Staff friendly and courteous. Food okay but buffet breakfast too pricey at $24 US. Also restaurant charges 15% service on top of total that includes 9% tax! We enjoyed better food at other less expensive restaurants.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Acoya Resort, Curaçao—it truly felt like a home away from home! From the moment I arrived late at night, I was greeted with warmth and genuine care, setting the tone for the entire stay. The staff were incredible, going above and beyond to make everything seamless. Karensa, in particular, was outstanding—attentive from the moment I arrived and instrumental in helping me plan my entire stay in Curaçao. Sunny was equally amazing, always ready to assist with a smile and making every part of my visit effortless. The hotel itself is wonderful, offering comfort, charm, and a welcoming atmosphere. Every detail, from the dinner service to the overall ambiance, contributed to an experience that was both relaxing and memorable. I also want to give a special shout-out to the spa team—they are absolutely something else! The staff there are not only skilled but incredibly kind and attentive. I highly encourage anyone visiting to give the spa a try—you won’t be disappointed. Overall, my stay at Acoya Hotel was delightful, and I can confidently say it truly felt like a home away from home.
