"I have sent these messages including pictures as proof:
You definitely need to improve the cleaning of the apartment including the bed sheets. The rooms like it has not been cleaned in years! (Pictures to proof available). I am leaving tomorrow morning already but I felt really sick in the appartment couldn't stay in it so I started looking for what cause it.And I saw the mess under the bed (pictures to proof it!).

"pretty spacious, nice and clean. Nice seating lounge outside with large plants and colorful prints by each door, many sofas, tables and chairs. Clothes lines to dry your clothes. Doors are locked and have a key entry for the safety of guests. Apartment has A/C, gas stove, all the chairs, table, couch, plenty of dishes and cutlery.
The owner Patricia is a very nice and polite lady - every time was asking if we need anything, She also has a restaurant downstairs - a chance to try all the local...

"Worst property I've ever stayed at. Filthy soiled matress. A/c just acted as fan. Cooker not working. Mice droppings. Daipers used as mats and table cloths. Nylon sheets. Terrible acces road. Arrived late at night - left next day - booked into another hotel. Complained to owner and got reply offering refund. Owner now denies recieving complaint, refusing refund.

"Had trouble reaching them because they wouldn’t answer, not even the emergency number. The AC wasn’t working so they let us stay in another apartment but we had to move from, so in total we moved 3x. plus one of the apartments didn’t have an elevator so we had to carry our stuff up. "

"PM78 is in a great location for easy access to restaurants, shopping, exploring and museums. We felt completely safe walking the neighborhood after dark and the building itself had good security features. There are 5 or 6 apartments so do take note that the pool is private for the main floor apartment only. Be mindful when booking.
We had a beautiful Ocean View Suite with a huge terrace. All the basics were there in the kitchenette and didn’t have any trouble cooking.

"The apartment was very neat, clean and well decorated. It has all the necessary accommodations and it's in a perfect location for exploring the city of Willemstad. The floating market and the maritime museum are within walking distance. The balcony overlooks the Iguana Cafe and the floating bridge. It's lively and entertaining in the evenings. The building is part of the iconic landscape featured on most Curacao merchandise.

"The property was great even though I booked a limited view, the view of the ocean was still amazing. I have to say that the staff were beyond amazing and helpful. This hotel is family friendly and great for those traveling with small children. I suggest bringing water shoes for the beach as it is rocky. My only complaint is the bed was too firm."

"Loved my stay. Everyone who works there are super nice and friendly. The hotel and grounds are absolutely beautiful and serene. It's an adult vibe of pure relaxation and I hope it stays that way. Everything was clean as well. I always felt comfortable and it's walking distance (get your walking shoes ready) to punda and otrabanda. The food and drinks at the hotel (lemon beach) was also fantastic! There is no tv or room service but there is an iPad if needed. The only thing I would have liked would have been having the pool area open longer hours vs 6 pm but that isn't a deal breaker. The view they have there is so nice of the ocean and I was telling my partner let's elope here however they don't do weddings yet but hope I'll be the first to know when they do since it's a fairly new hotel. Thank you to everyone for my stay and special kudos to Stefan from the Netherlands. "
