"I loved staying here, I felt really at home. One of the best places I've stayed in the world. Room was clean, comfortable and had what I needed. Every member of staff I spoke to was friendly and polite. My absolute favourite standout him was Michael. Michael's energy, attention to detail and knowledge was so useful during my trip. The hotel was incredibly close to public transport links and Powell's (which I'd chosen) made it a great base to see friends and easy access to Portland's other attractions. I would 100% stay here again"
