"Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was great, beds were comfortable and spacious. We were in Franklin and had a cute little balcony, which was great. Microwave and fridge in room, walkable to UO, terrific. 4 stars instead of 5 because of dirty washcloth and hair in the bathroom."

"The property is in an ideal location and has beautiful amenities. I was a little disappointed in the frosted glass barn doors for the bathroom, they were hard to use, then also within this space is another frosted glass slider to make a tiny toilet space. I was traveling with my son, who is 6'5 280lbs., the toilet area was tight for him. But he stated the toilet downstairs was very nice.."
