"It was a really nice"

"The room itself was fine, clean with moderately comfortable beds. Unfortunately, the AC was controlled by a wall thermostat that kept converting to 73 degrees overnight. With the humidity it would get very stuffy and I had to get up in the middle of the night to turn it down. It was also very loud, so we’d wake up periodically when it shut off. The main issue was the pool heater was broken during our stay leaving the pool quite cold. It was the primary reason we chose this hotel over others in the area so that was disappointing."

"We chose this one because of the pool. We go to take my 6 year old daughter to the pool and find out it's closed for 4 days because of the chemicals. The manager was not friendly and did not care at all. The air conditioner in the room was old. It was also blocked by an Wal from circulating. Our room was so hot all night even with it set on the coldest setting."

"Stay away from this hotel! It looks NOTHING like the pictures and it’s in a bad area! I booked it while we were on the road just to sleep a couple of hours because it looked decent but once we arrived we were shocked! We were hauling another vehicle and they had shipping containers on the whole side parking spots so there was no where for us to park. When I went to check in I let them know and if they could just cancel it so I could go look else where and the manager pretended he would help. He made me wait an hour just to offer for us to park behind the Waffle House. I let him know I was not comfortable with that and he just said he couldn’t cancel it. Customer Service with Hotels.com tried to get it refunded but the hotel again did not approve it because “the parking was not far”. The area is very sketchy and we should not have to park our vehicles in a different property! We never checked in or even saw the room, but from the looks of the outside, they were probably just as bad on the inside! The front desk girl was very helpful and tried to assist the best she could, it was the manager who was the issue!"

"Surprisingly great hotel for the price. Valerie was very friendly at the front desk. We had a very large, clean room, the hotel was very nice. Breakfast was not amazing but it was good. The location was quiet and convenient, just off the interstate, a good stop for traveling."

"Seems like they’re going through transitions. Lots of things didn’t work: elevator, door to get into our part of the hotel (we could at least exit). The room was spacious and with a toddler it was nice that it was a bit divided. However the kitchen wasn’t as well stocked as it could’ve been. The utensil holder had crumbs in it. The bathroom appeared to be cleaned and the bedding fresh but it seemed like the floors weren’t done and some surfaces were a bit dusty and others were sticky. We also couldn’t control the AC/Heater much which was hard because it was pretty warm in the room. It wasn’t terrible, but I wouldn’t stay again."
