"Tab was plagued, the place had no name visible from the street, we arrived at night and had difficulty finding the place. No one on front desk It was clean but to expensive for the money. It doesn’t have an appealing appearance. "

"We drove over from Campbell River for the night to catch a west coast storm. This was the perfect hotel for it! The rooms are updated and clean, and it's in a perfect central location. The price was right for a perfect little getaway. "

"The view from the hot tub is amazing. It’s about a 20 minute walk into town for shopping and restaurants. The rooms are spacious. The staff at the front desk are wonderfully friendly. "

"Parking was not available at all on the Saturday, March 21, 2026. When we asked the front desk, the response was a little indifferent. They told us to park anywhere which we did but we were expecting a little more care or acknowledgements the difficulty "

"The view was excellent. We often saw sea lions swimming around the dock. The room was well equipped with everything we need from dishwasher tabs to laundry detergent. When we arrived the fireplace was beeping but Barb sent someone to change the batteries promptly. Having an insuite laundry was great as it allowed us to dry off our clothes during the storm. Just be careful not to over load the machine as we found it would get stuck on the rinse cycle if off balance. "
