Disappointed with the experience. I booked a room for three guests and was charged accordingly, but no proper sleeping arrangement was provided for the third guest. Despite being told the diwan would be set up as a bed, nothing was done even by 11:30 pm. Only a sheet and pillow were provided in winter, ...
