"THE WHOLE FACILITY EQUIRES AN UPGRADE. BUILDING CONSTRUCTION IS OF POOR QUALITY. A RE-THINK NEEDS TO BE DONE ON THE ARRANGEMENT OF THE INTERNAL OF YOUR BATHROOMS . YOU HAVE A FANTASTIC STAFF. "Very special place had our sister inlaw with us, who is from one of the local hotels, she was very impressed Met Abby the graffiti what an amazing experience. Low shedding happened every couple of hours wich i thought would impact our stay, but wasn't an issue. Loved and would go back if we ever come back to East London. You wont be sorry"

"Disappointing service with the club house staff basically non-existent. They forgot my order 3 times and when we asked if it could be put to the front of the queue they said no So I didn't eat. Signage is terrible and if it's your first time there, you're going to get lost and its going to be frustrating. Rooms however are clean and comfortable. Some of the facilities are a bit dated, such as still using keys not cards, Wi-Fi is patchy and no reliable. The beach is great and enough room even...

"The property is in a beautiful location with access to a beautiful beach. Gardens/pathways are well maintained. The spa is excellent. Small problem areas are - teapot in room still full of old tea/rust colored water in the kettle/wooden strip above the lounge curtain fell off/dinner was mediocre (risotto was terrible - stodgy lump)/back of house area behind our villa had garbage lying around. Devil is in the details. "

"When I first arrived I was amazed with the beauty of the hotel and its location. Stunning sea views and Mountain view’s on the other side. Was disappointed with the no wifi. My room was very huge and I loved that. Had one of the best AC units from any of my previous hotel stats. My bathroom door was broken, had stains left on the lap shade and bin. Shower was out of control. But seemingly I had a nice relaxing time there. You cannot beat the view and having breakfast over looking the ocean in the distance."
