"This modern hotel is on the edge of the town close to the train station. It’s a decent walk into town but it’s only about 20 minutes. The hotel is modern and efficient and service and staff were excellent"

"The lighting was apalling! Mirrors in dark corners or bad light. Had to use a torch in the restaurant to be able to read tge menu. Everything black or dark grey which gave a very uncomfortable atmosphere. Most importantly wee were not told about tge major traffic diversion!!! It took us 2 1/2 hours from Bruges to find tge hotel!!! I used to be a regular client but this experience was apalling for such an expensive and well known chain! Also not enough tea bags or milk in the room for 2 days for 2 people. Very dissatisfied!!"

"Hotel could do with a revamp. No one on reception when I arrived at 9.30. Waited for 10 minutes. Kitchen closed. No food options. Charged additional €12 to park. Just include in the price."
