"Hotel was great. Beds were so comfortable. The breakfast buffet and kickback, were the cherry on top!!!"

"This room was very clean, everything worked. We didn't use the exercise room or the indoor pool, however, the pool looked very clean and well kept. I only had 2 disappointments, first, a $50 deposit is required for each room in addition to the room cost, refunded after the stay, the 2nd was that when you pay for the room on a travel site, like Expedia, instead og the Holiday Inn site, breakfast is not included in the price, you pay separately for each person. Otherwise, perfect stay, front desk gentleman was great."

"Well check in was simple. We went up to the room and there was a stain on our comforter. My husband called down and the front desk had us bring the stained one down and gave a new one. Then my 9 month old baby girl, my 11 year old son, and I were swimming Friday morning and there was a worker that came out of the bathroom in the pool area and started putting pool chemicals in at the deep end while we were in the pool. He never once said a word to us, just came from a room and had two full measuring cups full of chlorine. Now I don’t know your rules but I would have thought something like that would be done during the hours that the pool was closed, not while anyone was swimming, let alone a baby!! This was extremely annoying and insensitive. This was not okay! "

"We had such a great time at GWL! The staff was incredibly friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. The room was spacious and so fun for the kids in their kid camp bunk beds. There was no shortage of activities to partake in. We had such a blast! "

"I’ve never left a review before in my life but I felt required to. This hotel must had the thinnest walls and floors known to man kind. I’ve NEVER experience a more loud hotel in my life. The people above us- you could hear them walk. Let alone when they moved around not so silently. Then any commotion in our hall. You could hear it all. Doors opening and closing. Just people normal talking in the halls you could hear. The amenities, staff, bar, and parking were all great. But goodness don’t expect any privacy or sleep when staying here. "
