"Building and the apartment where as per photos and really nice. However there was no contact, phone call, text, email with the details about how to get in. I was struggling around,at almost midnight, trying to find my way in and finally I had to call the agency for the details (luckily, lady picked up the phone and was very helpful). Nevertheless, saying “you should have received a message from us at 1pm… oh, your phone number is wrong, too many digits…”. No, not too many, simply not a polish...

"Stayed here while attending an international event at Silesian University of Technology and it worked well for me - comfy bed, air conditioning, great breakfast in nice environment, and the distance from the event gave me a nice walk to think in nature."

"The breakfast buffet is outstanding. The pool, steam room, hot tub, and sauna room were very relaxing. Only problem was I showed up at 1:15pm and check in was 2pm. The girl at front desk told me I had to wait. I sat in lobby and watched 3 people check in while I was waiting. Then a 4th person came and I ended up going to another girl and she checked me right away at 10 minutes to 2pm. "
