Scandic Frankfurt Hafenpark

Scandic Frankfurt Hafenpark

10/10 Excellent
"Our stay at Scandic Frankfurt Hafenpark had a lot of strong points, though with one notable drawback for families. * Warm & Thoughtful Hospitality: The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. They were especially generous with providing ice for our water bottles and even happily refilled them with their Brita filtered water, which was a fantastic touch. * Prime & Connected Location: Getting around Frankfurt was effortless. The hotel is conveniently situated right near train and tram links, with handy local shops just a short walk away for essentials. * Superb Breakfast: The breakfast buffet was fantastic—high quality, delicious variety, and very family-friendly with plenty of options for everyone. * Housekeeping Policy to Note: The main issue we ran into was the room cleaning policy. Rooms are only serviced upon explicit request. Traveling as a family of four, we quickly went through our towels and returned at the end of a long day to find the room unserviced, leaving us dealing with accumulated rubbish and used towels. Overall, it is a modern, comfortable, and well-located hotel, but larger families should be sure to request daily cleaning and fresh towels at reception each morning."
