"At first they did not provide a room matching the reservation (Deluxe double room with harbor view) saying there were none available. Only after requesting to speak to the manager and showing the Hotels.com reservation confirmation was there apparently such a room available...."

"Ein schönes Hotel sehr gastfreundlich aufgenommen worden. Zimmer ist sauber und hat alles was man benötigt schön ruhig.
Etwas außerhalb im Industriegebiet stört aber nicht. In das Zentrum von Wilhelmshaven gelangt man in ca 15 minuten mit dem Rad.
Großer Frühstückraum ist sauber Frühstück für alle was dabei top.
Fahrradgarage auch für E Bike zum aufladen.Top
Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen."

"Wir haben das Resort spontan für ein paar Tage gebucht und waren total zufrieden. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war super. Wir konnten vor Ort noch all inclusive buchen und hatten zu dem schönen, geräumigen Zimmer jetzt auch noch drei Mahlzeiten, Kaffee und Kuchen und Getränke kostenlos. Alle Aktivitäten, wie Bowling, Kino oder Activity Hall waren im Preis inbegriffen. Während ich bei anderen Ferienparks das dreifache nur für die Unterkunft bezahlt hätte, war hier wirklich alles im Preis...

"Das Zimmer war u.a mit kleinem Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher bestückt und von der Größe her für 2 Personen mit Hund völlig ausreichend.
Die Betten waren sehr gut. Auch das Bad beeindruckte durch Geräumigkeit
und die ebenerdige Dusche. Zimmer und Bad waren sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr nett und auch sehr hundefreundlich. Das Frühstück war der Hammer. Es war alles da was das Herz begehrte. Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis hevorragend. Leider war es nur ein kurzer Trip aber wir kommen gerne wieder."

"Bei Ankunft niemand da.
Nachdem wir eine Telefonnummer gefunden haben, dauerte es weitere Minuten bis jemand da war.
Reserviert waren zwei Zimmer nebeneinander, da ich mit meiner 88 jährigen Mutter angereist war.
Wir bekamen Zimmer 8 im 1. OG und Zimmer 9 im 2. OG
Auf Anfrage wann es Frühstück geben würde, kam die Antwort am nächsten Tag kein Frühstück verfügbar.
Das angebotene Frühstücksbueffet fand an keinem Tag statt!
An keinem Tag war irgendjemand zu sehen.

"Wir sind nach 18 Uhr angekommen. Telefonisch meldete ich das bereits an und erhielt direkt alle Infos für einen Late-Check in, der problemlos ablief.
Das Personal war unfassbar freundlich, das Frühstück lies absolut keine Wünsche offen, richtig schön fanden wir die Kaffeemaschine die bis 17 Uhr nutzbar war.
Oft wird in Bewertungen über die Zimmer im Keller geklagt. Wir hatten eins dieser Zimmer und können uns diesen Bewertungen nicht anschließen. Das Zimmer liegt im Keller, ja aber es ist...
