Sorted out my free car parking issue without i asking for it, also sorted out my baby's milk issue without i asking for it. Always a step ahead of me resolving issues which i greatly appreciated. Wonderful stuffs at reception and room service."

"We had a great stay, very clean room and the breakfast was really nice - so many choices. Our room has a few minor marks/ dirt but nothing to complain about. The receptionist on arrival could have been a bit friendlier/ welcoming. No parking available as they were fully booked/ reserved and the weather was awful we had to park a 10 minute walk down the road in the rain and wind."
