The room was clean and well appointed. The location is great. I would stay there again. We really enjoyed the property. The room was large enough and very pretty.

The electrical system was compimised. Staff's answer was putting an extenion cord for our c-paps, phone chargers and one lamp. The room had an alcove that was not lit and we found ourselves having to use phone flashlight to see anything. Room had a musty smell and not clean. Carpets were warn an musty with a build up dire along floor boards.The roof was leaking and they had placed a trash can to catch the water. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and would give this hotel 0 stars, however I have to choose one stars in order to give a review.

Ok quick overnight stay

Very nice staff and reception desk. Only complaints were that the smoke alarm had been removed from the ceiling just leaving the wires poking out and the shower wasn’t draining well, it was filling the tub up.

Electric outlets didn’t work. Stains on sofa cushions. Minimal breakfast options and no bowls “we ran out”. Orange juice watered down. Bathroom floor sticky. Waffle batter drips on floor. How does this place have an 8.5 rating??

This property severely needs to be made over is not clean at all walls and furniture very good morning down and stained hotel has a funny smell, the bed was the cleanest thing in the hotel. Stayef one night so It served it's purpose but the property needs a makeover. Also they call Uber they really don't have a shuttle from the airport and not really a good breakfast selection.

Dirty, sticky, smelly.

Friendly staff, filthy room (it stunk of cigarettes), incompetent and unattentive management. I left disgusted and found another hotel, and it took management 72 hours to issue a refund. For a little more money, one can stay at a much better place.

Holiday inn express next week. old reliable

the room was clean but did have a mildew smell. Lamps ha d only 1 bulb when there needed 2. plug ins on the lamps were wore out. Toilet seat was broken, coffee maker was full of grounds I had to clean it out. And the coffee was terrible tasting. And didn't see any kind of breakfast. Should have known there was a problem only 4 cars on the lot over night. and looking to the left on this page my stay dates are even wrong.

Just dont.

This hotel was filthy. Even my 10 yr olds were grossed out by the dirt and hair all over the bathroom, in the sink, on the counters. We even found hair in the microwave when we opened it. The hot (lukewarm) water only lasts about 4 minutes, and the water line has air in it, so it sort of spits water along with air bubbles We didnt attempt breakfast because when we checked in at 9pm, there was still leftover food on several tables from the earlier guests. The hallway near the gym was lined with industrial sized bags of trash and the whole 1st floor smelled like the dump, saved only by a powerful fan that blows an air freshner at you when you walk in the front door. The hallway floor by the gym has a large whole that is covered only with carpet. I unknowlingly stepped in it and went flying. There were obvious prostitutes in the hall, and as we were leaving I had to explain to the kids why a man was wearing a large device around his ankle (ankle monitor). Dont let the photos fool you. This place is a total dump and the staff are impossible to find and wont answer the phone.

Bring a body suite

Sheets were dirty and stained. Furniture was gross and worn. Bathroom did not work. Walls were scratched and bare. Area was extremely sketchy. We got here late and didn’t have a choice but to stay. Initially they gave us a room missing the added sofa we paid for and then they gave us a different room and acted like it was an upgrade. The room was filthy. I’d like a refund.

Room was clean.. Ish. I counted 11 dead beetles and spiders on the floor. Towels had stains on them. And not sure but looked liked there were dried up blood in the sink. And a weird orange stain on the bathroom wall. Toilet acted likenit didnt want to flush.

This use to be a decent hotel. We have stayed there dozens of times throughout the years. It has been severly going down hill. This stay is our absolute last. Everything about our stay was horrible. Staff acted very strangely and we did not feel one bit safe.

Was in town for a funeral. Tv didn’t work. Water was turned off during one of the days without notice. The floor was very sticky in the elevator. Coffee was always out. The only thing available for the breakfast one morning was a store bought sticky bun. It was quiet and the bed comfortable to sleep. Would not stay again.

Room smelled bad; opened the window to try to air it out. The hotel is not easily accessible on/off the highway, and the surrounding area is sketchy with an old mall within walking distance. Will spend a bit more to stay someplace else next time.
