Front staff were kind. Room had crumbs on the back of the couch and side table. No fridge in room (Expedia description was wrong). It was a full weekend so it was a bit loud. Breakfast was fine, but they didn’t keep up with restocking near the end of the breakfast time, and hours for breakfast on the weekend didn’t match the website. Convenient location to our activities in Goddard and Wichita.

Decent stay, only some maintenance problems. Bathroom door handle was falling off, towel rack was about fall and when you opened and closed the bathroom door the bathroom room lights would flicked. Seems maintenance. Needs to be done to the bathroom.. Other than that, it was a decent day. Staff was nice. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was OK Parks was nice very well lit up.

The room had bed bugs and there was mold found in the bathroom. All of us had bed big bites. The room was presented clean upon arrival. Pool water heater was broken. Breakfast was very stale and limited. I couldn’t eat anything there. Mirrors, bathtub, and other furniture in poor condition and need updated. Hotel is in a good location. Staff were very kind.

The motel is in harsh decline. The thermostat in the pool room was broken with exposed wires, leaving a very cold room. There was plywood over the hot tub area and broken tiles stored in the sauna. The showerhead in the room didn't adjust when you spun it, it just unscrewed from the wall. Some lamps didn't work, some were missing bulbs. The shower mat was coming apart in strips. Some of the exterior lights were burnt out. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good, everything else is going downhill fast.

The check-in person was very pleasant and the process was easy. The parking is well lit and had plenty of spaces. The bed was very comfortable. Overall, the room could use some deep cleaning, and there are stains on the couch and some rips in the carpet. However, we are traveling with two dogs, and I know that hotels sometimes use specific rooms for people with dogs.
