Perfect quiet spot on a budget

Nice and quiet, friendly owners. They run the riff raff off of the property. Rooms are clean, you can tell its just a little out dated but over all great for what you pay for. 9.5/10

Great convenient location! Very friendly staff. Clean updated room. Was able to easily book on a last minute trip to the area/within hours of arrival. Would definitely stay again.

Since there were no vacancies in El Dorado, KS, I was very happy to find somewhere to stay in Wichita, KS. The person at the desk was very kind and courteous. The room was clean; the bed comfortable; the pillows/towels were fluffy. The location was great and the price was affordable.

Could be a lot nicer with cleaning and updates...

The toilet was nearly impossible to flush. It was not clean, desperately in need of some updates, and the deadbolt would not lock on the door. If I had been by myself, I would have worried about safety.

Friendly staff. Good place overall only complaint is the curtains should block the oustside, to thin that people can see in the rooms in the night, other then that it was great place to stay. I will be back in the future.
