"The staff & cleaning crew were friendly & accommodating. The room & bath were very clean and nicely updated. The bed was comfortable, floors clean, sofa fairly comfortable but in need of spot cleaning. The mini fridge in located in a cabinet with a door opening right to left. The fridge door opened left to right, so it conflicted. Those mini fridge doors can be reversed, but no one saw fit to do so, making it a bit inconvenient to use. We were traveling with our small dog & were very disappointed with the view out the window, as it was completely blocked by the entrance drive thru cover. When I asked about a room with a better view, I was told that pets are only allowed on the 1st & 2nd floors, with no offer of another room. We would probably stay here again, but request a room with a better view. "

"Although the property is older and has been updated, the rooms were immaculate and well maintained. Front office staff Tiffany was welcoming and so pleasant to deal with. We will stay here again, much better than we were expecting."
