"The mattress was terrific, super comfortable and the shower had good pressure and hot water. The modern feel made it seem like the room was clean. It was not! The floor was filthy! I asked for it to be cleaned and no one came to clean my room in 7 days. 7 days of trash and left over take out piled up. Bed linens felt cheap and not that clean. Several lights did not work.
