We requested a handicapped room since I was traveling with my 80 year old dad. They confirmed on multiple occasions the room was handicapped accessible. The only thing it had was handrails by toilet. The bath was not accessible therefor for 4 days he couldn’t use it. Pool was also on bad condition. ...

Very nice location right in the heart of it all! Clean rooms and great outdoor areas. We overlooked the pool, which was nice. Great place to stay at a good price. Parking also very easy in the underground garage.
