Unsafe property in need of renovation
The fact that the cottage has not been modernized was not a concern for us. But there are several areas that are unsafe such as the outdoor portico. The floor is unlevel which is a hazard for individuals with balance deficits. There are too many niknaks for safety with kids. The pictures are not representative of the condition of the property. The air conditioning is inadequate and all of the fan filters need to be cleaned. We were very grateful that we could keep our pets there.

Pictures were extremely misleading. The area rugs were VERY dirty, the floor was uneven and the grass and weeds were about 8-10 inches high. The view was very nice but NOT worth the money we spent.
