"Exceptional staff. Loved the breakfast. Wish the weekend rates were more affordable."
Quality Inn Pinetop Lakeside
10/10 Excellent
"Top to bottom, this place is clean, modern, and maintained. The breakfast area was well organized and fully stocked. Hot waffles w/ hot syrup, cereal, mini muffins, toast, mini bagels, butter, cream cheese, orange juice, coffee, creamer, fresh fruit, and maybe some things I forgot."
Hidden Rest Cabins & Resort
10/10 Excellent
"My husband and I celebrated are anniversary in the romantic cabin. My husband loved it! The host, Dawn, was absolutely the greatest! There was a glitch in the system where guests were overbooked in our room. She was able to resolve that issue with our reservation within the same day! Overall, it was a great experience. The hiking and surroundings were lovely, and we enjoyed our stay in the cabin very much."

2-acre Cabin in Pinetop-lakeside w/ Fenced Yard
10/10 Excellent
"We loved this cabin! It was in a quite relaxing area with lots of space. We were happy it was pet friendly. Very cute place!"
Lumbermens Village
8/10 Good
"As we walked up to enter our room, I thought I had made a mistake booking with Lumbermens Village. The exterior needed to be hosed down and cob webs swept off. But...we opened the door to a large, clean room with 2 chairs, a large TV, and a kitchette. And our king size bed was so comfortable! Plus, we enjoyed a rib dinner and blackberry sangrias at the restaurant on site. We would stay there again."
Timber Lodge
10/10 Excellent
"What a little gem of a motel! I arrived after a rough trip late and exhausted. When I opened the door to my room, I felt the cleanliness, the quiet and noted the attention to detail. It was so calming. A/C left slightly on, so the room wasn't an oven. This was my first time dealing with an off site management, and while I was uncertain at first I found the system worked very well. Especially helpful was Ryan, the after hours contact. He was immediately responsive and resolved a couple of minor glitches quickly. Also, Reba from the management office, who returned my calls and reassured me that all was well with my reservation. I am a retired hospitality professional, and was pretty impressed with what I found. A kitchen more perfectly equipped than any other I had ever seen, especially at this level, and everything worked. A bed to die for. Wonderful, quality linens. The rain shower! The garbage disposal, which is a first for me in 50 years of hotel and motel rooms! I am an afficianado of just this type of property. The single string, drive up to your door motels. Most are pretty nondescript. But every once in a while you hit a gem, like Timber Lodge. Where someone loves an older property and lovingly keeps it up. Nothing flashy, no big atrium lobby, no breakfast buffet, no spa, etc. Just a really lovely place to lay your head after a long drive. Clean, Quiet and secure for solo travelers like myself, but great also for families. I hope to return. Thank you, Timber Lodge Inn."
