"I stayed at this villa to celebrate my birthday, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hosts were amazing so welcoming, attentive, and kind. I will definitely be booking again. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom was my favorite part. It was large, beautifully designed, and aesthetically pleasing. Everything about the stay was lovely, and I truly loved every moment. I can’t wait to book again!"

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and the experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The property was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and created a welcoming atmosphere the moment I arrived. The staff was truly outstanding, professional, attentive, and always willing to help with anything needed. Their hospitality made the stay feel both comfortable and personalized. The room itself was spacious, quiet, and very well appointed, with comfortable bedding and excellent amenities. Every detail reflected a high standard of care and quality. I was also very impressed with the overall ambiance, service, and attention to guest experience throughout the property. Whether traveling for business or leisure, this is absolutely a place I would recommend without hesitation. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful stay. I look forward to returning again soon."

"The room is huge and clean with good amenities. The maids did a very good job daily. There is no breakfast; however, the property is very close to the major shops and restaurants in Grace Bay (also to the biggest grocery store). The staff is very friendly and check in on you daily, asking if there's anything they can improve on. I saw concerning comments about the hotel surroundings, particularly about safety. I did not feel any concern. The front of the property is in the heart of Grace Bay; the back side and back are surrounded by natural vegetation and construction sites—nothing to be concerned about. My point for improvement is the building's overall maintenance. It seems the lift has not been working for a while. For a 3-star hotel, I think they deliver enough. There are no hidden fees or surprises. All the information was included on the booking post. Overall, I am pretty happy with the stay. To the management: improve the maintenance, and your hotel will be a rockstar."
