"A good basic hotel. Comfortable and clean, and quiet despite its proximity to the 401, because of the layout. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable."

"They hadn’t switched HVAC to summer mode so AC wasn’t working. Room was very hot and was tough to sleep in. Figure that is really the only reason to stay at the hotel so, kind of an issue. They did have an automatic pancake maker so that was cool (pun intended).🙂"

"We only stayed one night and it was disappointing. They do not stock kettles in rooms, but told us we could boil water in a pot for tea. The pull out sofa was so bad that one of our children slept on the floor on a camping mat and we had and another child put a sheet on the sofa as is and slept there. Several of the lamps would not turn on and several outlets didn't work. The toilet seat broke too during our stay. We've had a good history with Residence Inns. I was surprised at this. Since we had booked with Expedia (3rd party), no compensation for all these inconveniences was offered when we reported things to staff."

"Property is very well placed; several restaurants, close to highway, and close to shops and malls. Great breakfast options a d timeframe to eat on weekdays and weekends was great. Parking lot is huge so a lot of spots to park in. Staff were amazing as usual - been here a few times - and I would come back again. The rooms are very clean and the size and amenities are wonderful."
