We had booked the property one year in advance when the property was still under Latour. Closer to our check in date we find out our room is no longer available and had somehow been cancelled without our knowledge. We contacted the team over at Whisky Jack and they went above and beyond to remedy the situation, although our original booking was no longer available, they were able to get us booked into one of their other properties that was much larger while letting us keep the nightly rate of our original booking. Property was clean with many amenities. Will book again with any of the Whisky Jack properties if we ever get the chance.

We stayed at Whistler Village Centre by Latour for 5 nights and were overall very satisfied with our stay. The location was excellent—right in the village and close to everything, which we really loved. The room wasn’t big, but it was just the right size and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There were a few minor things that could be improved, such as better bathroom cleanliness and a fresher scent in the room, but nothing that took away from the overall experience. Special thanks to Talina, who was incredibly helpful and accommodating from pre-check-in through check-out. Her support made the stay smooth and stress-free. Overall, I would definitely book here again and recommend it to others.

The price is very reasonable first of all. The place is a good size and very clean. The location is so close to everything. I love that it’s a suite and we can use the stove, laundry etc.
