"The woman at the front desk was not friendly or inviting very cold and disengaged. The property itself is nice and clean and well maintained. The room was nice and clean and up to date but the the bathrooms need renovations. The shower stalled needs to be redone. Housekeeping knocked on my door 3 times after we already explained to them and the housekeeping supervisor that the front desk gave us extra time to leave room. Instead of communicating with front desk the housekeeping supervisor or manager kept arguing t with us and one point proceeded to push the door open while I was in my underwear. This unfirtunaye unprofessional situation left my husband and I feeling like we will never book here again."

"Room service horrible never got my room cleaned for 4 days no towels ask numerous times and never received service then after check out they tried to charge me 613.00 saying I didnt pay then when asst manager came he fixed issue also its not noted a deposit of 200 cash or 300 credit card deposit at all 50 a day per person they charge you only thing good was the free valet parking and they was trying to charge 25 a day for that until they seen it was free u cant sit on the pool cabanas u gotta pay for that too they take the beach chairs at 7pm from you if u sitting in them never again I will stay here"

"I overall enjoyed our stay. The shower pressure was not good at all, way too low. The Steel Pan restaurant did not look clean so we left before ordering. The staff was very friendly and professional. This a super kid friendly hotel. Since we left ours homes this time, that wasn't ideal for us lol! The access to the beach was all worth it. Thank you Sonesta."
