"The staff is very nice, the 2 brothers who clean the room truly scrub the rooms to ensure the cleanliness. There are no complaints pertaining to the staff but...... The biggest drawback is the rooms are outdated room themselves. The Toilets are a Great height if you are 11 years old, I am 6'0" tall and had to lean on the tub to get enough leverage to stand up. I find it very hard to comprehend why they do not have ADA (Disability) Toilets. The toilet that was in our room seems to me to be less than 12" tall."

"A number of maintenance issues are being neglected, i.e. kitchen faucet, peeling paint unable to see-through windows, saggy mattress, etc.. Some of the furnishings need to be replaced. 1 mile onto Park Road."
