Whidbey Island hotel rooms a the Independent

"We rented a cabin. It was tiny and very old minimal furnishings. Shower was tiny. The room was cold, no heater turned on prior to arival. Staff person didn't know how to turn on heaters. The breakfast was minimal. Wouldn't stay there again, although the regular rooms may have been better."

"This hotel was a rent by the night / month apartments for down and out drug users. I have never been to a worse hotel. Passed out people out front and filthy front door and check in area. We were told it previously had a meth lab inside. I want our money back. I can’t believe Expedia would have a location like this listed. "
