"The whole room was unclean (Walls, Floor, bed sheets with stains). There were several incidents of roaches. Do not stay at this hotel unless absolutely necessary."

"Made my reservation and paid thru you guys in November, got to the property in Bryan, Texas and they had cancelled my room and sent me to another hotel that was crap! This has never in my 80 years happened to me!! Need to know why and what can be done!!"

"The mattresses in the room I rented had bed bug covers over them and the blankets on the bed in the smoking room I was in those blankets had cigarette burn holes in them, the floor felt strange and damaged. This was room 209 upstairs. Other than that I have no complaints and those aren't complaints either but they are facts but my mood was good while I stayed for two nights."
